Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders with a merchandise total of $250 USD or more. This threshold may change at any time without notice.
Processing times
Orders are processed once payment is received and approved. Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.

Returns & replacements
